Larissa Victoria is a senior business transformation professional and the founder of Empowered Pivot and Career & Clarity. With a background in Law (LLB), an MBA, and a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, she brings strategic depth and cross-sector experience to every project she leads.

Her career spans consultancy, coaching, and change leadership across the commercial, public, and higher education sectors. Known for her ability to translate strategy into action, Larissa has delivered impactful programmes in organisational transformation, leadership development, and inclusive workplace culture.
